I’m Derrick Morrissette.

I’m The Impact Strategist—a leader, speaker, and developer of people, driven by a passion for helping individuals turn vision into execution. My focus is equipping others with the clarity, strategy, and discipline needed to grow, lead, and create meaningful impact in their lives and the lives of others.

Derrick Morrissette, widely known as The Impact Strategist, is the Lead Servant and Senior Pastor of Mind of Christ International (MOCI), where he is committed to developing people into purpose-driven leaders who create meaningful, lasting impact. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Troy University and completed his studies in Pastoral Leadership through Samford University’s MTI program, equipping him with a unique blend of human behavior insight, leadership development, and strategic execution.

For over a decade, Derrick has been impacting, coaching, and developing men at every stage of life—from young boys and teenagers to adult leaders—helping them build the mindset, discipline, and structure needed to grow personally, lead effectively, and influence others. His work goes beyond inspiration; he equips individuals with the tools and strategies necessary to move from vision to execution and produce real results.

Known for his practical, results-driven approach, Derrick specializes in helping individuals and leaders gain clarity, develop intentional strategies, and take consistent action. His teachings are grounded in biblical principles while also addressing real-life challenges, making his message relevant in both ministry and marketplace environments.

His passion for leadership and impact led to the creation of the Men of Impact Movement, an initiative designed to empower, encourage, and elevate men to lead with confidence, integrity, and influence in every area of their lives—family, business, and community.

Derrick’s mission is to see individuals experience true transformation—spiritually, personally, and professionally—so they can live with purpose and lead lives that create measurable impact.

He has been married to his wife, Trish Morrissette, for over two decades, and together they have two children, DaeShaun and Daesha Morrissette.
